The Lancaster County Redevelopment Authority (LCRA) supports the development and rehabilitation of affordable housing, provides assistance to homeowners to make repairs, and works with municipalities on community and economic development activities. Additionally, the LCRA operates and manages the Land County Land Bank Authority and the Lancaster Redevelopment Fund. The Lancaster County Land Bank Authority confronts real estate problems such as vacant, abandoned, blighted, underutilized, and tax-delinquent properties. The Lancaster Redevelopment Fund is a nonprofit organization which supports economic development activities and programs to revitalize Lancaster County communities.
