Formed in 2007, Bluegrass Live Operators was a vision formed by two people. Founded by Joshua Rudnick and Jonathan Brown, BLO provides work at home opportunities for enthusiastic and driven individuals. After creating one successful company, VapeShak, Josh and Jonathan focused their attention on something they both have a great deal of experience in; customer service.
