We began Prairie Products in 2013 because we believed in the power of hemp to transform our economy and our world. We knew that our location in North Dakota, a state steeped in a rich agricultural tradition and expertise, would be the perfect place to engage this emerging market. Over the course of five years, we learned everything we could about industrial hemp and discovered what we do best – crude CBD oil ethanol extraction. Once the 2018 Farm Bill and the 2019 North Dakota state hemp program passed, we applied and earned the first hemp processor license in the state. That was in May 2019. We’ve been moving full steam ahead ever since. In addition to producing a quality crude CBD oil for the wholesale market, we also offer toll and split processing.
