The Mental Unity Group (TMUG) is a recognized campus group at the University of Toronto Scarborough. TMUG facilitates learning beyond the classroom, with opportunities to practice practical skills such as nonjudgmental attitude and positivity. Through discussion, student-led workshops, and other activities, TMUG allows students to develop technical and interpersonal skills which are important for supporting the lives of people struggling with their mental health.
