Our passion and purpose at Happen Together is to create intentional spaces for people to grow, be at their best and have agency individually and collectively at work, in their communities, in life and at play. We cultivate the conditions needed to unlock the potential of individuals and teams to make sustained change possible. Through coaching, facilitation, co-design and participatory research we strengthen collaboration and grow curiosity, compassion, courage, clarity, creativity and consciousness. Our coaching creates space for people to reflect on their journey, to define their purpose and to know what they need to make it happen. Our peer coaching models create intentional, sustainable spaces for teams or networks to build shared purpose and great relationships for impactful social learning and collaboration at scale. Our facilitation skills support teams, networks and organisations to create space and conditions for curiosity, courage and common cause. Ensuring all voices are heard for powerful dialogue, conflict resolution and effective co-production, co-design and delivery. Our research is participatory, engaging, insightful and relevant.
