ISB, in silico biology,inc., provides the series of software products which make it possible to simultaneously browse genome annotation, the analysis results of the large-scale tiling array and the next generation sequencer data, across the large genome sequence. These software products are already used in hundreds of the domestic universities and at the research institutes. These kinds of software technology are still rarely introduced in worldwide basis. Through the joint research with Nara Institute of Science and Technology and National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology and so on, ISB constantly implements such new generation technology and provides molecular biologists with the comprehensive analytical software tools.
