Design and facilitation of emotional intelligence development programmes for the appointed Future Leaders. • Design of a visionary, tiered competency framework for a leading Arts organisation. Creation and facilitation of learning centres to embed the framework and empower middle and senior leaders to lead organisational change. • Supporting a Healthcare business through change to create higher levels of employee engagement and patient care, through working with staff at all levels to create and embed a vision and values.
