The Delta Phi Epsilon Foreign Affairs Council is the policy forum, alumni network, and educational foundation of the Delta Phi Epsilon Professional Foreign Service Fraternity and Sorority. The Council is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. We are dedicated to supporting the practice and study of foreign affairs and international business. We provide a forum for members to discuss foreign policy topics at events and our Annual Symposium, publish "The Phoenician: The Delta Phi Epsilon Journal of Foreign Affairs," offer foreign affairs insights through white papers and public events, provide testimony to decision-makers, and disburse grants and scholarships to students and educators.
