Sunday Mornings at the River

www.sundaymorningsattheriver.com

Sunday Mornings at the River is a quarterly poetry anthology founded by Rebecca Rijsdijk in 2012. It is run by poets for poets. Our aim is to create a healthy literary community in which we ourselves feel like we would thrive. We believe a poet’s job is much like what Salman Rushdie wrote in his novel The Satanic Verses: a poet’s work is to name the unnamable, to point at frauds, to take sides, start arguments, shape the world and stop it from going to sleep. This is the kind of poetry we are looking for and publish.
