Lamorbey Associates offers an extensive range of design and management services including one stop shop Project Management of capital works schemes, due diligence surveys and specialist bespoke technical reviews and investigations Our staff are qualified to various standards and comprise Chartered Engineers, Incorporated Engineers and Low Carbon Energy Assessors. We utilise the latest CAD Software and dynamic thermal simulation modelling software to design and predict the performance of the mechanical and electrical systems within buildings, the internal comfort temperatures and the resultant energy use. This information is then used to modify the design of the building, working in conjunction with the Architect to adjust the active performance of the building to best reflect the Client’s aspirations for the project.
