With a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from working in the luxury independent hotel and exclusive use sector, I have now established Heritage Hospitality Consulting. The central focus is working with owners of historic houses, estates, exclusive use venues and country house hotels who are keen to diversify and develop commercial opportunities within the hospitality and tourism sector. Hands on and bespoke consultancy support across all areas of the business, from identifying initial opportunities and creating a business development plan, to then carrying out full project management. Services range from short term project and interim support to long term partnerships, including sales and marketing representation. As an example of current work, I am delighted to be working with the Scottish charity CHAS who have recently been gifted the beautifully located Ardoch Estate on Loch Lomond. Working closely with both Ardoch and CHAS on an ongoing basis to redevelop and enhance Ardoch as a destination profit with purpose exclusive use meetings and events venue.
