The project shall be a Partnership with Federal Government of Nigeria. 2; Civil Engineering Construction, we have projects like Housing estates and need foreign contractor whom we will incorporate in Nigeria after their visit to meet with the stake holder ( Minister , governors etc for these projects) in Nigeria. These projects are mainly on turn-key (CONTRACTS) and Bank guarantee will be issued by the state government before the commencement of these projects 3; Building of both state and Federal government Refinery, we have two state government that want investor for BOT on Refinery, . Federal government wants to partner with foreign investor to build three Refineries in Nigeria, the investor will buy the Federal government shares to be part owners of any of the three Refineries. 4; we also need a foreign contractor that is an experts in laying of pipe for Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG). . . 5; we also need a foreign company that Federal government will give Mining License for mining of solid minerals in Nigeria.
