The School of Dialogue has a mission to share powerful tools from the mediators' toolkit, so that we can all benefit from the skills of advanced communication. Our courses help individuals and teams to improve relationships, to navigate difficult negotiations, to overcome conflict and to talk about the issues that really matter. We believe that good dialogue is fundamental to our wellbeing, so many of our courses focus on having confident, authentic conversations about mental health. We train online and in person, and have shared our skills with over 2000 individuals in their workplaces in the last 12 months. Our founder and lead trainer, Arabella Tresilian MAHons PGDigEd, is a civil, employment and medical mediator with a wealth of experience in management consultancy and organisational development.
