AFI has developed values-based models of socio-cultural change which it has used successfully for more than 35 years across the US, Europe, and now globally, for various client applications, including strategic planning, strategic communication, personnel and human resources, education and training. Over the last ten years, AFI has contributed to the understanding, of foreign cultures, decision making and networks, including understanding of adversaries. AFI’s approach to its consulting work is through the design and execution of intensive, interactive workshops with its customers’ leadership. These workshops produce actionable results in one-quarter the time of conventional planning methods, and, since the leadership has been involved every step of the way, they are implemented willingly and immediately. While most of our work has been directly for military customers, we have also augmented the capabilities of larger defense contractors such as CACI, GDIT, BAE, Anteon VT-ARC and more.
