The State University – Education-Science-Production Complex (former Orel State Technical University) was founded in 1954. Located in South-West of Central Russia in historical town Orel, that was founded in 1566. Orel has beautiful surroundings and in 382 km from Moscow. State University ESPC is recognized as one of the national leading teaching and research institutions. University has 3 branches, 8 institutions, 11 faculties, 47 departments, 18 regional scientific subdivisions.
