Running Evolution was founded by Beth Baker in January 2006. Its purpose is to motivate and inspire new runners who are looking to achieve goals through running and fitness. We offer Couch to 5K programs, half marathon training, marathon training, weekly boot camps, and virtual couch to 5K classes for those not in the Greater Seattle Area. The newest addition to the Running Evolution company is the Coach the Coaches program. Coach the Coaches is a certification program designed by Beth to help those who want to help themselves do what they love. The program offers information on how to locate your clientele, how to financially structure your business, and how to market yourself once you do.
