At CIRA we aim to promote and defend the interests of Automotive Parts Distributors. And we do so by carrying out the following actions: >> Inform Associates about current legislation through circulars, conferences with specialist advisers or by any other available means. >> Advise and convey our concerns and needs to the Official Organizations for the defense of our collective. >> Establish concerts and agreements of a fiscal nature or of any other type with the Public Administrations. >> Execute the actions and resources of a collective nature that are necessary against acts, agreements or decisions of the Official Organizations that may harm the sector. >> Participate in the negotiations of the Collective Agreement of Metal Trade of the province of Barcelona. >> Promote and encourage the improvements that are appropriate for the good development of the associated companies and propose them to the Administration if necessary. >> Intermediate between two parties in conflict, either between Associates or any party that may affect an Associate. >> Organize actions to achieve social and economic improvements for its Associates. >> Promote agreements or contracts with external companies that help the businessman financially or in the management of his company. >> Collaborate with all Associates, respecting free competition, for a common purpose.
