Blue Stream is a Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center serving the Akron and Cleveland areas. Conveniently located off I-77, Blue Stream is an easily-accessed facility that delivers quality care by a dedicated staff of professionals. Our facility offers short, long-term, palliative, and respite stays. Our facility has a dedicated transitional care unit for short-term rehab and the medically complex, long-term care units, and memory care unit.
