Founded in 1990, Garg Consulting Services is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm headquartered in Rocky Hill, CT with an office in Cherry Hill, NJ. GCS currently employs over 40 employees, mainly working on federal and state projects in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. GCS is DBE / MBE / SBE certified with many agencies, particularly throughout the Northeast. Although GCS has experience in a wide variety of disciplines in the transportation industry, its specialty is rail and transit engineering, including power traction supply, catenary, signal and communications, track, and rolling stock engineering.
