California Rail Builders, LLC is a joint venture of Ferrovial-Agroman US Corp and Griffith Company. The joint venture is a special purpose entity that has come together to build the foundation for California’s High-Speed Rail service. The project is located within the counties of Tulare and Kern, and the cities of Shafter and Wasco. The project alignment will extend approximately 22 miles in length. Major work elements include construction of at-grade, retained fill, and aerial track sections.
