I empower my clients to take control of their career path, help them develop the skills and confidence to rise above perceived limitations, and allow their inner leader to take centre stage. My process to career coaching is one heavily focused on human sciences and the intersection between the physical, emotional and cognitive self. The human brain is a creative and extraordinary thing: beautiful in its chaos and extremely powerful when encouraged correctly. To do this, it needs frameworks and structures that shape and develop thinking patterns that can empower you to be in the driver’s seat of your own life. Using methods based on clinical reasoning and the latest findings from behavioural science, I combine these with my clients’ own personal professional and life experiences. I then use proven frameworks that help my clients - whether experienced executives or those who have recently entered the workforce - to become more productive, innovative, adaptable and confident.
