Procuria was founded by Ian Legard, who has a background of 20 years procurement experience working within buying groups and managing the interaction between suppliers and end-users. We save our clients' money on their overheads through collective purchasing. We do this by bypassing "retail" pricing and get wholesale prices by organizing group purchases.
