Coastal Hospitality Group is a real estate investment and development company, focused on acquiring prime real estate sites for hotel development, as well as acquiring existing hotel properties in need of rehab and repositioning. CHG manages its own hotels via its affiliate Coastal Hospitality Management Company. Currently CHG owns and operates hotels in North Carolina, Florida and California.
