The team at Alpha Alternatives comprises of professionals with rich experienced in Investments, Asset management, Investment Banking, Corporate & Project Finance and Risk Management in global institutions. Alpha Alternatives is building a multi-class Asset Management platform across alternative strategies viz. special situations, stressed assets, credit, real estate and private equity among others. Our objective is to generate alpha for our investors by investing in differentiated and innovatively structured opportunities originated, executed and managed by the team and thereby achieve superior risk adjusted returns. The platform is currently managing an Asia-focused credit fund Asia Special Opportunity Fund (ASOF) through its Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulated AMC based out of Singapore. This Fund is investing in senior secured credit opportunities on a sector agnostic basis. Alpha Alternatives has recently launched India Special Opportunity Fund (ISOF), an India-focused sector-agnostic fund investing in Special Situations and Stressed Assets. ISOF is a Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) regulated by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Alpha Special Opportunity Fund II (ASOF II), an India-focused sector-agnostic fund regulated by Financial Services Commission (FSC), Mauritius, has been set-up for potential foreign investors to participate in ISOF. ASOF II seeks to invest in special situations and stressed asset opportunities in India. The Fund may invest a sizeable portion of its assets in ISOF.
