Skills Australia’s advice covers a broad range of areas that affect the demand for and supply of skills, including (but not limited to), migration, the resources sector, the defence industry, the tertiary education system and the effective use of skills in the workplace. On 1 July 2012, Skills Australia transitioned to the Australian Workforce and Productivity Agency.
