The Pavilion serves Southern Illinois as a 40,000 square feet facility providing the perfect solution for meetings, gatherings, or any event you have in mind. We strive to create a safe and exceptional environment, providing a positive client experience. The Pavilion is nestled on 50 acres behind the Illinois Star mall, just off the Williamson County Parkway. It is located less that a mile from I-57. the facility is centrally located near excellent area shopping, lodging and restaurant facilities. The Pavilion offers free parking for 357 vehicles with reasonable shuttle prices for larger events. The Williamson County Airport is only 2.3 miles away with rental car options. The Pavilion can be customized to make each event your own. Out purpose is to customize our client's specific needs with a personal and professional service. The Pavilion was established as a facility to provide the tri-state area with a perfect solution for meetings, gatherings and events. Our facility provides a flexible floor plan that includes over 40,000 square feet of rentable space. Whether it be in the exposition hall or banquet and meeting rooms, we can accommodate your every need. The Pavilion is suitable for many kinds of events.The Expo hall has 34,000 sq.ft of concrete floor with easy access loading zone. The meeting and banquet rooms have 3 rooms that total up to 5814 sq.ft. and can be customized to fit your smallest gathering up to a grand reception.
