Kentucky Safe Driver (KSD) was established by the Colorado State Patrol Family Foundation (CSPFF), a 501(c)3 non-profit, in 2016. Since our inception, our goal has been to ensure that novice drivers in Kentucky survive their most dangerous driving years and empower them to adopt safer driving habits, reducing fatal and injury collisions incurred by Kentucky young drivers. For the past 13 years, CSPFF has been helping federal, state, and local agencies across the country develop and administer successful defensive driving programs of the National Safety Council (NSC).
