The Down Syndrome Association of the Valley (DSAV), is a 501(c)3, non-profit organization serving Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. The DSAV was established to provide support, resources, advocacy, education and opportunity for those with Down syndrome and their families. The DSAV Center for Success® opened in Boardman on October 22, 2009. The Center serves as the DSAV office and provides space for activities, resources, educational programs, lectures, support and community awareness.
