Utrikespolitiska föreningen/The Society of International Affairs Göteborg aims to spread knowledge and spark discussion about foreign policy issues by arranging interesting lectures, debates, international film screenings, travels, field trips, publishing our own magazine Utblick and the podcast The Global Inn amongst many other exciting activities relating to foreign affairs. UF Göteborg is a politically and religiously independent association that belongs to Utrikespolitiska förbundet Sverige (UFS) and is the natural platform for foreign policy issues in Gothenburg. Anna Lindh, Jan Eliasson, Carl Bildt, Margot Wallström and Federica Mogherini have all held lectures for our members. We are one of ten sister associations across Sweden under the umbrella organisation of the Swedish Association of Foreign Affairs SAIA, the National Council for Youth Organisations LSU, and the Swedish civil society.
