BDO Ideas at Work is a focused and dynamic management consultancy company, founded as Ideas at Work in 2000 and located in Brussels. Since 2018 we are part of the BDO family. We help our customers, in partnership, to work more efficiently, customer focused and result driven. By doing so, we support them in enabling the structural and sustained embedment of continuous improvement and in addressing organizational changes through high-quality consultancy, training and coaching services. Our growing team of 40 enthusiastic and motivated (senior) management consultants combines theoretical knowledge and expertise with extensive practical experience.
