In 1979, after spending 19 years as General Manager for Ontario Hydro manufacturing large transformers, Ernest J. Murray opened his own custom fabrication business. Based on the family farm in Innisfil Ontario, a 1500 square foot workshop was the birth place of JEBCO. Specializing in mostly agricultural welding, JEBCO began to grow its expertise and customer base. By 1985, Brett joined his father and JEBCO was forced to relocate in order to continue its growth and slowly broaden its capabilities outside of agriculture and the family barn. Throughout the years, JEBCO has continued to grow and our expertise has grown with it. JEBCO now has 4 facilities; our National Head Office in Barrie ON, our Saskatoon Fabrication Facility, our Industrial Coatings and Linings division in Innisfil ON, and our Custom Paint Shop also in Innisfil. JEBCO is now involved with everything from design to repair and we cater to our customers every need. With over 30 years behind us and many more in front of us, we will continue to grow, we will continue to expand our expertise, and we will continue to ACTUALIZE our VISION. Our strength lies in the synergy of metal fabricated process equipment in three distinct industries: Mining, Water Treatment, and Oil & Gas.
