Ordinary People can take Extraordinary Action to Save a Life by applying an Automated Defibrillator. I provide corporate and public presentations on how easy it is for an individual to save the life of a victim of Sudden Cardiac Arrest by using a Public Access Automated Defibrillator. Anyone can safely and effectively operate an automatic defibrillator in the community regardless of level of training. My objective is to educate and inform the community to demystify the widespread perception that only trained personnel can use an AED and to allay fears that the rescuer may harm the casualty. It is not possible to do harm to a person who is already deceased. Any attempt at resuscitation is better than no attempt.
