The Prestwick Group was founded in 2002 to focus on the needs of small and mid-sized businesses and their owners. The firm began providing peer advisory and coaching services in 2002 in affiliation with The Alternative Board (TAB), as well as people assessment and development services. The Prestwick Group developed a proprietary job benchmarking and recruiting process in 2007, and added implementation services for the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) in 2010. The firm’s offices are in the Northern suburbs of Chicago.
