Will's outlook on life became his company motto, "To Do is To Know." During this time, Will challenged himself to build companies and projects 0-1 without the help of a big budgets or big resources. This was why the FinTech was such a great challenge and a steep learning curve that helped prove his outlook, and how networks were established quickly and tasks were executed according to plan. Additional roles as a career advisor at China's SHJT University meant that Wilosophy for young adults became a focal point, where early decision making and choice are critical. As such, Wilosophy emphasises career management and incorporates growth and development into its core values. All this, and being a certified Executive Coach of 500+ hours means that Wilosophy is really an authentic brand focused on coaching, growing, and self-discovery with Will's own style & experience.
