Through AEM Consulting, we have guided scores of businesses through successful ISO 9001, 13485, 14001, TS/IATF 16949 and AS9100 implementations. Our ISO 9001 based systems have been 100% successful at 3rd party registrations, working with many registrars. Doug has provided Internal Auditor training for DNV-GL, and Doug and Carole have offered training with Nevada Industry Excellence (NIE). AEM leads companies through improvement projects with quality and other management systems, and lean enterprise. In addition to our consulting services, we have developed a comprehensive Internal Audit curriculum based on ISO 19011. Additionally we have written a book on ISO 9001, the ISO Survival Guide and developed the ISO Survival Software Templates, featuring our unique Scripted Flowchart Process™. Before AEM, Doug managed production, manufacturing engineering, facilities, quality assurance and numerous special projects: MRP II, JIT and Activity-Based Costing at Black and Decker.
