Paradigm Innovations is a engineering research and consulting company dedicated to overcoming barriers through creativity and uncommon thinking. Our goal is to eliminate the problems that are around because "that's just the way it is." We don't believe that to be the case, and have never met a system we couldn't improve. Though we aim for general applicability as much as possible, our specialties lie in chemical and water treatment, and process control, design, and optimization. We offer design for new and retrofit applications, with project management and training to follow through the project's execution. On existing systems we can provide troubleshooting, optimization, and training to help processes run more smoothly. Our founders are a father-son team of chemical and mechanical engineers. We believe that cost and efficiency are not necessarily mutually exclusive, and are obsessed with always finding a better answer for even common problems. We aim for root causes instead of symptoms by analyzing a system holistically, which allows us to provide higher quality solutions. PiR2 is also researching innovations in mercury emissions instrumentation, vapor quality instrumentation, and water savings for the power industry. These fields represent areas that we believe the standard can be improved to provide higher quality, lower cost, and improved efficiency to the industry.
