Enchantment Land CDC (ELCDC) is a non-profit organization headquartered in Albuquerque, NM with a mission to assist in the growth and development of small businesses in New Mexico and El Paso County, Texas. ELCDC's primary program is the SBA 504 loan through which it has made over 800 loans supporting the financing of over $1 billion to bakeries, hotels, dental practices, restaurants, manufacturers, and others helping to create or retain nearly 14,000 jobs.
