RICA was established in 1999 to represent the interests of SME's in the Rail Industry. The focus of the organization is to help member companies grow through active engagement with major customers and stakeholders as well as to influence the direction of the rail industry on safety and commercial matters. Membership of RICA gives SME’s a voice and access to business development opportunities otherwise impossible in such a wide and complex industry.
