It’s time for you and your employees to no longer survive the day, but thrive through the day. We specialize in on-site wellness programs including Yoga, Chair Yoga, Stress Management, Nutrition and Meditation. Our signature class "Self Reboot" is designed for convenience – there is no changing required. Class can be held in a conference room or an open room with chairs. Employees are lead through a series of breathing and stretching exercises to reduce stress, relieve tension in the neck, shoulders, head and lower back, plus increase focus and energy. There are a variety of ways we might be able to work together. All services & packages can be completely customized based on your organization or corporation’s specific needs and objectives.
