CONSULTING ENGINEERS is carried out and controlled by a designated Consulting Engineer, Building Design Specialist to ensure highest level of expertise over the entire duration of the assignment. Our office resources are efficient and knowledgeable to fulfil the roles of managers, supervisors and designers. Our Principal, Mr. Raul M. Knoll, P.Eng., Consulting Engineer, Building Design Specialist will be the Project Manager for the duration of the project. He will be in charge of the design and all other aspects of the engineering work. He will also perform the electrical engineering work. He will attend site meetings with Client/contractor.
