SCHUNK Intec BeLux, located in Erembodegem (BE), is a wholly owned subsidiary of SCHUNK GmbH & Co. KG from Lauffen am Neckar. SCHUNK is a family business with more than 3,500 employees worldwide. The company was founded in 1945 by Friedrich Schunk as a mechanical workshop. Under the leadership of Heinz-Dieter Schunk, the company developed into the world market leader for gripping systems and clamping technology and today is managed by Henrik A. Schunk and Kristina I. Schunk, brother and sister of the third generation. SCHUNK Intec BeLux is the sales and service centre for the Belgian and Luxembourg market.
