Hong Kong Construction Association Young Members Society (HKCA YMS) was established in 2011. At the moment, YMS has over 11,000 members who studied construction related courses from 7 institutions. Mission: Develop young person to become leaders of the construction industry Objectives: • Nurture young person for the construction industry • Promote and enhance young members' understanding of the construction industry • Assist young members' personal professional growth and career development • Foster common values amongst young members • Develop sustainable workforce / personnel for construction companies • Improve public recognition of construction personnel
