COMPANY EXPERIENCE: JRPA has over 80 combined years of experience in analytical chemistry, material science, and geoscience derived from academia, industry, and the DOD technology development and transfer enterprise. A DOD contract, with the USACE-ERDC Cold Regions Research & Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) as a collaborator, was received by JRPA in 2018 for the development and demonstration of a subcompact handheld multisensor system based on current x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRFS), Raman spectroscopy (RS), and laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) COTS technologies.
