Established in January 2002 under the auspices of Department of Computer Science at The University of Hong Kong, Center for E-Commerce Infrastructure Development (CECID) is a research and development center promoting e-commerce infrastructure development and advancement. At CECID, we believe a successful transfer of our R&D experience, skills and knowledge will enable organizations to adapt to the fast-changing digital economy and to overcome constant business challenges of today and tomorrow.
