Eric started his real estate career in 2005, while still only a sophomore at Roger William University in Bristol, RI. He began working at a boutique suburban firm specializing in the purchase, sale, leasing, and management investment properties. Upon graduating college Eric obtained his broker's license and opened his own brokerage before joining William Raveis Real Estate in 2012. In 2014 Eric was a finalist for Realtor Magazine’s “30 Under 30” nationwide and was awarded the honor in 2015. The team loves working with the William Raveis brand because of their unique focus on technology, their commitment to their agents, their full-service model & the fact that they are the fastest-growing real estate firm in the Boston area. We work mainly out of our team’s space across from the TD Garden as well as Raveis Boston's Back Bay and South End offices, but spend ample time in surrounding communities as well. Since joining William Raveis, we have become the #1 team in the Back Bay as we have expanded to 7 full-time agents and 1 marketing and adminstrative specialist.
