What we do - all we do - is run training to give students the edge when they’re applying for jobs. Most graduate recruiters these days run “assessment centres” which are essentially a series of selection tools such as ability tests, group exercises, personality instruments and presentations run over a half or full day. Assessment centres can seem very artificial and be uncomfortable or unsettling for applicants with little or no experience of them. And at a time when just getting to the selection day is so difficult, any advantage you can give yourself is crucial ... and that’s exactly what we do! We run three kinds of training: 1) campus workshops - these last half a day, have a strong focus on skills practice and are typically arranged by an academic department or careers service to develop employability skills on campus. Costs start from under £20 per student. 2) open courses - these one day sessions go in to more detail about the selection process and are run off-campus. The cost is £175 per student. 3) individual coaching - we can work with you on a one to one basis giving you exactly the support you need when you need it. Costs for this start at £195 per hour.
