Inspiring Youth Anxiety Health Wellness and Prevention Physio-Logics Wellness provides children with connection opportunities to foster a peaceful mind, strong body and empowered spirit. We believe wellness encompasses both a state of mind and a manner of functioning. We blend simplified neuroscience and physiology knowledge with physical therapy wellness modalities, emotional wellness education and the tools of yoga, mindfulness and meditation. We help children gain a greater understanding and ability to recognize the Physio-Logics, or normal functioning, of thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviors to promote social, emotional, mental and physical wellness.
