JIMÉNEZ-POYATO, ABOGADOS was founded by Pedro Jiménez Poyato in 1949. It originally was established as a generalised firm, with specialties in corporate advice, opinions and litigation. Over the years of its existence it has evolved in composition, specialisations and internal organisation. In the 1980s it became a collective firm focusing on corporate advice. Today nine attorneys are in the practice. Currently JIMÉNEZ-POYATO ABOGADOS is the largest Spanish family of active professionals engaged exclusively in the practice of law, in its various fields. All of its members are actively practicing attorneys, members of the Madrid Bar Association and licensed to practice, having presence and professional participation in all of the Spanish bar associations. Within the firm the professional activities of all of its members are provided exclusively to JIMÉNEZ-POYATO, ABOGADOS, with full independence and availability to clients.
