Beyond Dreams was founded by director and producer Abdullah Boushahri in Miami, Florida, in 2001, with an aim to produce films made with an artistic value and a global appeal. Beyond Dreams started producing content and its first feature length film, LOSING AHMAD, premiered at “Dubai International Film Festival” in 2006. The film won Best Documentary and was screened in over 30 festivals around the world. Th company then expanded to Kuwait by 2005 and offered Film, TV Production & Commercials under one roof for the Middle East region. Shortly after, Abdullah established SYNQ STUDIOS as the post production arm of Beyond Dreams around an exceptional team of creative, technical and digital artists who bring years of industry experience and boast credits in numerous top-grossing Hollywood films such as Ice Age, The Mist, Underworld Evolution, Piranha 3D, and Battle: LA to name a few. In 2009 Beyond Dreams partnered up with MBC and co-produced “THE CIRCLE”, the first MBC fictional movie ever made. The next year Beyond Dreams designed & produced the permanent films screened at the tallest tower in the World, “Burj Khalifa”. Abdullah Boushahri earned the IWC Filmmaker Award at the Dubai Int’ Film Festival, which he received from Golden Globe winner actress Emily Blunt and Golden Globe nominee director Marc Forster, for his feature film The Water. Since 2017 Beyond Dreams produced more than 150 hours of prime time Television Drama which broadcasts on all the major TV channels in the Middle East and continues to develop and produce Film & TV content regionally and Internationally.
