Door structureel een dag(deel) per week/maand voor een bedrijf te werken kan ik als een soort van in-house octrooigemachtigde dicht tegen de organisatie aan en tegen aantrekkelijke tarieven organisaties helpen om meer waarde uit hun octrooibudget te halen. Ik ben beschikbaar voor allerlei soorten octrooiwerkzaamheden, zoals het schrijven en verdedigen van octrooiaanvragen, strategie, en inschatting van (inbreuk)risico’s. Voor high tech startups bied ik een programma om in korte tijd een adequate octrooiportefeuille op te bouwen, bijvoorbeeld met het oog op investeerders.
